The Enviro Pet Waste Network (EPWN) is a grassroots non-profit organization established in 2021 looking to expand its current volunteer capacity. The organization has opportunities for motivated people interested in the environment, the health of the planet and dogs and cats.
You only need to invest a few hours a month to help EPWN provide information to help dog and cat owners, communities, businesses and government to reduce the carbon paw print of dogs and cats. Our goal is to show that there are more eco-friendly ways of taking care of pet waste than sending it to landfill.
General Board Member
All Board members have equal responsibility for the Board’s actions and decisions, along with assisting the Enviro Pet Waste Network to meet key yearly goals.
Key responsibilities:
Actively engage in and attend our quarterly Board meetings currently scheduled in February, May, August and November (or notify the Secretary or Managers in advance if unable to attend)
Review our pre-board meeting reports and documents
Participate in developing our key yearly organization goals and actions
Work throughout the year to complete agreed-upon actions in the interest of reaching key yearly organization goals
